Responsibilities

• Perform functional, environmental, and acceptance testing of electronic assemblies and systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and electronic failures to the component level.
• Construct and evaluate prototype and first-article hardware from schematics and engineering documentation.
• Support engineering investigations, validation testing, and product qualification efforts.
• Assemble, modify, and maintain test fixtures, cables, and specialized test equipment.
• Document test results, failures, corrective actions, and process improvements.
• Assist in implementing engineering changes and production improvements.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on testing techniques, troubleshooting methods, and laboratory procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
