- Registered Behavior Technician certification or ability to obtain certification prior to start date (we will assist with this)
- Reliable vehicle and drivers license
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR certification or ability to obtain certification prior to start date
- Ability to perform frequent physical activity
- Flexible schedule (Great for parents and students)
- $15 an hour during training, then pay rate is set commiserate with experience starting at $19 per hour.
- Ability to earn regular raises up to $28 per hour
- Free supervision towards earning your BCBA or BCaBA
- Ability to accrue paid time off after 4 months
- Access to company retirement plan after 4 months
- Fuel stipend provided based on hours worked
- Company provided tablet for data collection
- Reimbursement provided for educational materials and toys to use with your clients
