Pre-Construction Business AnalystThe Pre-Construction Business Analyst serves as a strategic and operational partner to the Director of IS Pre-Construction. This role is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, developing executive-ready communications, supporting decision-making processes, and driving organizational efficiency. The position provides analytical, reporting, research, presentation, and administrative support while helping improve execution readiness, risk visibility, resource planning, and business performance across the Energy-as-a-Service portfolio.Responsibilities include:Building professional PowerPoint presentations for executive reviews, opportunity reviews, client presentations, and project governance meetingsConducting research on industry trends, competitors, healthcare and higher education markets, client profiles, and emerging EaaS opportunities.Collecting, validating, and analyzing project, financial, resource, and operational data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.Maintaining pipeline tracking tools and assisting in evaluating project readiness, workload forecasts, and resource demand.Developing SOPs, workflows, process maps, templates, and best practices that improve consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.Maintaining accountability trackers, decision registers, risk logs, and leadership action plans to ensure timely execution of commitments.Managing project information from internal and external stakeholders; and distributing to project team.Continuously tracking project metrics to ensure that the project is delivered on time, and on budget.Managing schedule and time to acquire a knowledge of all aspects of pricing for projects including constructability narratives, direct contractor pricing, financial pricing model, definitive transaction documents, etc.Upholding the Company owner advocacy philosophy and organizational core values.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Four Year college degree.
