Cook – Calhoun's Lenoir City Calhoun's is looking for motivated Cooks to join our team at our Lenoir City location! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, take pride in preparing great food, and thrive as part of a team, we'd love to meet you. As a Cook, you'll work one of our line stations, including Window, Grill, Salad, or Fry. You'll be responsible for preparing food according to our recipes and quality standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. What You'll Do Prepare and stock your assigned station before each shift Cook and assemble menu items according to recipes and specifications Monitor food quality and temperatures using digital thermometers Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and ready for service Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout your station Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance issues Learn new menu items and seasonal specials as they are introduced Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service periods Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Employer Match Meal Discounts Opportunities for Growth and Advancement What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality Great work ethic with a sense of humor Ability to smile under pressure and provide quality service through your work Basic math skills and understanding of measurements and conversions Ability to use a digital scale and thermometer Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
