Lane Valente, a national maintenance and construction firm, is recruiting a Skilled Carpenter willing to travel for full‑time commercial construction projects across the United States. Key Responsibilities Carpentry: partition framing, metal/wood studs, installation of basic cabinetry/countertops, installation of doors/windows. Painting: interior and exterior. Flooring: installation of VCT, LVT, tile, carpet squares, and cove base. Basic plumbing: replacement/installation of sinks, faucets, toilets and basic drainage and water lines (licensed plumbers encouraged to apply). Basic electrical: replacement/installation of light fixtures, switches, outlets; capable of basic data connections and diagnosing minor electrical problems (licensed electricians encouraged to apply). Commercial renovations/buildouts. Follow OSHA requirements, maintain basic computer skills, and document repairs with measurements, pictures, recommendations, and quotes. Communicate with customers to build relationships. Work overtime, on‑call, travel, and overnight shifts nationwide as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in carpentry, painting, flooring, plumbing, and electrical tasks listed above. Basic construction hand tools.
