JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Assistant Superintendent, you will assist the Project Superintendent in scheduling and

supervising on-site subcontractors and the overall construction process of a multifamily unit

project.

This is a FIELD position requiring daily, in-person work at an active construction jobsite. Candidates must be willing to relocate to assigned project locations anywhere in the Southeast for the duration of each assignment.

The Assistant Superintendent position will involve:

• Communicate safety standards to laborers and subcontractors; enforces safety
• regulations on all job sites.
• Perform consistent quality-control checks
• Assisting the project superintendent in managing and supervising all subcontractors
• Assisting in the processing of daily field reports, job photos, and invoices and forwarding
• them to corporate office
• As an Assistant Superintendent, you will oversee all aspects of your assigned
• construction projects and ensure that work proceeds smoothly, on schedule and within
• required project specifications.
• Walking project and units for completion, generating and managing punch lists and
• ensuring work is completed in accordance with plans and in a timely manner
• Monitor and facilitate Carter & Carter punch process. This responsibility includes
• participating in punch walks and distributing punch lists to appropriate parties as
• necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 4 years prior experience in multifamily construction projects is required
• Willing to travel around the Southeast.
• Computer skills and Procore efficiency
• Strong organizational skills
