- Site Security & Badging: Ability to obtain and maintain a DBIDS badge.
- Receiving & Quality Control: Ability to unload shipments, visually inspect incoming packages against standard operating procedures (SOPs), and execute quality control checks.
- Inventory & Systems Management: Hands-on experience navigating inventory software, conducting storage audits, systematically documenting receipts, and deriving inventory requirements from Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Packaging & Staging: Expertise in identifying packaging requirements, wrapping, labeling, marking, and securely staging materials to avoid loss or damage.
- Physical & Safety Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and strict commitment to site safety protocols, hazards, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
