To maintain accurate inventory in the Warehouse.What You'll DoEnsure Standex receiving policies are followed with regards to received products to maintain consistency and accuracyVerify kits by examining order and contents of kit to ensure accuracyVerify received material by comparing packing slip and order shipped to ensure accuracy of the packing slipStock office supplies and raw materials to ensure no shortages of supplies occurMaintain accurate inventory count by tracking all outgoing and incoming material to ensure that no shortages occur in production materialsReceive all warehouse materials by checking delivery to ensure accuracy of order and to check for damaged material in the orderPlace all materials in their proper place by locating material number or bin to maintain accurate inventory of all materialsAccurately assemble kits for prep assembly by utilizing picklist, material requisition, or shop orderOperate Wave machine to facilitate placement/gathering for materialsEnsure security of warehouse by not permitting any unauthorized personnel unless accompanied by warehouse supervisor or managerProvide materials to personnel at service counter by receiving order and accurately filling the orderAssist with deliveriesMaintain warehouse area by cleaning and organizing to facilitate location of materials when neededReport safety hazards to supervisor and/or safety officer immediatelyWarehouse is secured/locked (all exterior doors) at the end of every dayFollow policies and procedures utilized by the Company and Department to ensure the efficient running of the department and customer satisfactionOther duties as assignedWhat You'll BringDegree or equivalent experienceWhat We ValueAbility to follow instructionsAbility to work independentlyAbility to work under pressureAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and those related to the positionAbility to speak fluently with customers, managers, and fellow employeesAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instruction when furnished in written, oral, and diagram form.Equal Opportunity Employer.
