Description A strong Senior Engineer with experience in tech transformation, operating model set up, and experience in designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of AI automation solutions that streamline business processes using artificial intelligence (AI), workflow orchestration, and process automation. Key duties include: Minimum Qualifications 6+ years experience in application development with proven track record of developing highly reliable and scalable systems. Experience in building solutions using GenAI. Good understanding of object oriented techniques, algorithms, Java design patterns and reusable component design. Strong analysis, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills Experience in Customizing Automation solutions - Gen AI, Process Automation platforms to function effectively in the business function's unique environment. Experience as a technical thought leader, influencing leadership decision-making through data-driven insights and executive storytelling. Preferred Qualifications Passion for the customer, user experience and actioning user feedback. Experience in AgenticAI. Passion to use GenAI to build innovative solutions. Excellent prioritization and scheduling skills. Ability to deal with ambiguity. Attention to detail and the ability to master new applications and technologies quickly. Ability to thrive in a collaborative working environment within your team and cross-group. Strong analysis, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills. Focus on delivering with high quality code with unit and integration tests. Good understanding of relational and no-SQL database technology. Hands-on exposure to Agile methodologies. Passion for operational excellence and effective communication with cross-functional teams. BS / MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
