We are looking for playful, high-energy Behavior Technicians seeking full-time employment. You must have a passion for helping kids learn and have fun! We will also pay for your 40-hour certification course to become a Registered Behavior Technician.

Job Description:

• In center Monday - Friday 7:45 am-4:15 pm.
• Client material creation and preparation.
• Directly implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of BCBA.
• Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games).
• Record client data into the Central Reach program.
• Convert appointments into billing within 24 hrs.
• Write detailed SOAP notes.
• Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA.
• Attend monthly performance goal meetings with the CEO.
• Attend quarterly in-service training and team bonding activities.
• Cleaning duties.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.

• Maintain client privacy by HIPAA laws.
• Maintain the clinic's reputation for an organized, team environment.
• Behave professionally with all staff members, clients, and caregivers.

Benefits:

• Salary: $16-22/hr (depending on experience)
• Company-paid BACB Certification (RBT certification course).
• Company-paid BLS / CPR certification.
