Job Title: Venue Coordinator (Part-Time | $20/hr) Location: Twin Cities Metro | In-Person Join the Event Action with Hightop Hospitality! Hightop Hospitality is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Venue Coordinator to support our growing events division. You’ll play a key role in making weddings, corporate gatherings, and private events run smoothly across our vibrant venues in the Twin Cities. What You’ll Do: Support day-of event operations at multiple venues across the metro area Coordinate with Venue Managers, clients, and vendors to ensure every detail is in place Assist with setup, teardown, and venue closing procedures Greet and direct guests, answering questions and offering top-tier customer service Help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes so clients can enjoy their big moments What We’re Looking For: Strong communicator and proactive problem-solver Friendly, professional, and customer-service focused Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and manage multiple tasks on the fly Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and busy event schedules Previous hospitality, event, or service industry experience is a plus Who We Are: Hightop Hospitality is a Minnesota-based company with a passion for food, service, and events.
