Required Skills: Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Board Certification or Eligibility in Hematology and Oncology Valid medical license in the state of practice Proven experience in hematology and oncology patient management Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable managing a patient volume of 12-15 patients daily Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience in an outpatient oncology setting Ability to handle light call duties via phone communications Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Fluency in additional languages Preferred Education and Experience: Minimum of 3 years post-residency or fellowship experience in hematology and oncology Demonstrated commitment to long-term patient care Other Requirements: Willingness to work four shifts per week, each lasting 8-10 hours Ability to handle light call duties (2-5 calls per week) Willingness to consider candidates within driving distance for long-term commitment Participation in ongoing professional development and certifications as required This opportunity is your chance to thrive in a supportive environment with excellent pay, comprehensive benefits, and a community-oriented setting.
