Job Description We are looking for a talented and dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team at Junction 35. As a Line Cook, you will be essential in preparing and presenting our Southern American dishes, including our legendary smoked meats and signature offerings. You will work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment, ensuring that quality and service standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook high‑quality dishes in accordance with Junction 35’s recipes and standards. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure all food items are fresh, properly stored, and neatly organized. Assist with the timely plating of dishes, paying attention to presentation and quality. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Participate in inventory management and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role. Knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety practices, and sanitation guidelines. Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality food. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
