Registered Nurse – Professional Nursing

Schedule: Days, 10 hours, 40 hours per week

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 8 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Experience in diverse patient populations

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess and provide nursing care to a designated group of patients during the shift.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate and deliver patient care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans based on the nursing process.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and discharge planning.
• Delegate tasks to other nursing staff according to their competencies and legal scope.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care activities.
