Retail Customer Experience Specialist
The TJX Companies , Inc.
The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a retail associate to deliver an outstanding customer experience across our stores. You will engage with customers, process purchases and returns, promote loyalty programs, and maintain clean, organized selling floors while supporting store processes. This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to changing directions.
