Senior Civil Engineer (10+ Years Experience) – Land Development St. Petersburg, FL Area A well-established civil engineering consulting firm in the St. Petersburg, FL area is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with 10+ years of experience in land development site design . This is a leadership-level role with strong growth potential, working on diverse commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects throughout the Tampa Bay region. Responsibilities: Lead site development design for commercial, residential, and municipal projects Oversee grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design Prepare and review construction documents using Civil 3D Manage permitting and approvals with local agencies Serve as project manager, overseeing budgets, schedules, and client communication Mentor junior engineers and EITs Qualifications: 10+ years of land development/site civil design experience Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Experience with stormwater design and local permitting processes Proven project management and client-facing experience What’s Offered: Competitive base salary + bonus potential Full benefits package Leadership role with upward mobility Strong backlog of local projects Positive, team-oriented work environment If you’re a seasoned site civil engineer looking to take the next step in your career in the growing Tampa Bay market, we’d like to speak with you.
