Supply Chain Development Manager - Integration and Performance NAM

About the Role:We have a current opening for a Supply Chain Development Manager - Integration and Performance NAM and are actively reviewing applications.The North America Supply Chain Development Manager is responsible for coordinating the SC agenda for continuous improvement including integration of affiliated entities and synergies initiatives, organizational design & changes, trainings & skillset development, process compliance, performance objectives and key projects across the broader Supply Chain. This position is responsible for supporting the design of the Sustainability journey by leading sustainability projects working cross-functionally. Finally, this individual will be involved in deploying enhancements to drive an increasingly performance culture within the North America Supply Chain.Schedule:Monday- Friday, typical Daytime hoursHybrid Schedule, 3 days in office, 2 days RemoteMain Responsibilities:• Lead operational transformational initiatives and process improvements efforts, combining extensive hands-on experience, change management and performance improvement techniques for problem-solving with a strong drive for results • Project manage key complex initiatives that will drive overall Supply Chain results • Collaborate with cross-functional groups to determine objectives and advises on impact of functional strategies • Provide support to regional and market-based supply chain leadership in understanding overall performance and cost • Deploy advanced analytics and reporting tools to identify root causes, trends, and develop actions to improve • Support supply chain leadership with project cost/benefit analysis and recommendations • KPI Alignment with Group Operations’ direction and to ensure the timely management and reporting of this activity. Where necessary, an in-depth review of the root cause(s) should be performed with suggested corrective measures identified. • Support Supply Chain management in budget development and financial variance analysis • Ensures compliance with Group Operations’ policies and procedures and provides oversight to ensure that corrective and preventative actions for the region are on-track • Manages completion of the annual regional Sustainability Study • Prepares proposals on investments for presentation to the Group Investment Committee • Ensures on-going compliance with the Group standards and policies regarding quality and food safetyAbout You:• 10+ years total experience across multiple roles within Supply Chain, preferably within Project teams (e.g. Operational excellence, Transformation, etc.) including experience in process improvements, change management and / or Sustainability. • A University degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or Business; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred • Proven track record in managing and driving change /transformation through robust Project management • Cross functional experience across the end-to-end Supply Chain including Logistics, Customer Service, Planning, or Project management / Continuous improvement (preferred) • Strong knowledge of SAP ECC. Other Supply Chain tools preferred • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with advanced data reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, SAP BI/BW is required • Experience in a corporate environment in the FMCG industry, ideally in food/beverage • Some travel required up to one week per monthAttributes:• Ability to understand root-cause and develop solutions to fix it. • Elaboration of business case and ability to present in front to senior stakeholders. • Strong project management and interpersonal skills to develop high-performing teams and collaborators • Strong Financial acumen to map impact & drive cost improvements • The ability to manage multiple high priority tasks at the same time • A strong analytical mindset, able to tell compelling stories from data • Nimble, able to change direction quickly and efficiently to maximize impact to the organization • Ability to map key processes and systems including understanding the critical interdependencies • Ability to problem solve, set priorities and organizational skills • Ability to work effectively with othersArtificial Intelligence DisclosureAs part of our recruitment process, Ferrero may use artificial intelligence (AI) enabled tools to assist with reviewing candidate applications. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
