Part-Time Physical Therapist

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Washington state (required)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Comfortable working collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student needs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Compassionate, patient, and innovative approach to therapy
• Ability to create and maintain a structured, engaging environment for students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to determine students' physical therapy needs within the educational environment
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Deliver direct and consultative PT services for students with a variety of abilities
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support IEP goals
• Maintain accurate records and document student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions as needed
