Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans. Deliver physical therapy and support patients in regaining strength, mobility, and independence. Train patients and caregivers in skills that promote functional independence. Collaborate with peer clinicians and make referrals to ensure comprehensive care. Adapt treatment plans to the individual needs and settings of each patient. Report to the Director of Rehabilitation; work within facility settings. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a related field plus Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. Physical Therapy degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as U.S. equivalent. Posted Salary Range: USD $50.00 - USD $55.00 /Hr. #J-18808-Ljbffr
