Mill Machine Operator – $20/hr
Location: Houston, TX 77015
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 5 days a week, rotating shifts days and nights
Position Type: Contract to full-time hire

Position Overview:
Integrity Trade Services is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Mill Machine Operator to join our growing team on Houston’s East side. In this role, you will operate milling and classification equipment, perform quality assurance testing throughout production, and support packaging operations to ensure products meet high standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate milling and classification machinery to produce precise materials and components
• Transfer products from bulk silos to packaging or storage containers accurately and efficiently
• Record operational data meticulously for quality control and traceability
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in milling and packaging areas
• Support packaging staff by preparing finished products for distribution
• Conduct in-process quality testing and analysis to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Monitor packaging team performance, offer assistance as needed, and promote teamwork
• Adhere to all safety protocols and perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
• Strong attention to detail

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or related settings is preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs safely
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to follow written instructions accurately
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety and teamwork
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or processing equipment is a plus
