Job Description
The Retail Store Manager oversees daily store operations to ensure efficient performance and a superior customer experience. This role involves managing staff, maintaining inventory, and driving sales to meet or exceed company targets. The manager fosters a positive environment for both employees and customers, while implementing company policies and maintaining store standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise and motivate store staff to achieve sales goals.
Manage inventory levels and order merchandise as needed.
Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
Maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Analyze sales reports and adjust plans to meet targets.
