The Retail Store Manager oversees daily operations of a retail location, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers while driving sales and managing staff. This role requires strong leadership skills, a focus on customer satisfaction, and effective inventory management to meet business goals.
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate store team to achieve sales targets and maintain service standards
Manage inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
Handle customer concerns and provide excellent service
Train, schedule, and evaluate store employees
Monitor store performance and prepare reports for senior management
Implement visual merchandising and promotional activities
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations
