Job Description Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Trainee – NICU team. Responsibilities Function as a learner in a supportive role within the neonatology setting. Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication. Participate in mentored clinical practice experiences in the neonatology setting. Progress from learner status to credentialed member of the Interdisciplinary team within nine months. Qualifications Graduate of a neonatal nurse practitioner program. Attain national certification as a neonatal nurse practitioner within six months of start date. Obtain Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Licensure and DEA in the state(s) of practice (DE CSR & DE DEA).
