Mid-Level Web Developer

Salary: $68,000 - 75,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for 2–4 years of web development experience, with demonstrable production work in PHP and React.
• We need strong troubleshooting ability; you should be comfortable reading unfamiliar code, forming a theory, and validating it through testing.
• We expect solid Git and GitHub experience, including branching workflows, pull requests, merging, and working effectively in a shared repository.
• We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment where priorities can change and speed matters.
• We require clear written communication so you can document defects and provide status updates that both technical and non-technical stakeholders can understand.
• Experience with AI-assisted development practices is preferred, or at minimum a genuine interest in learning and using them.
• You should have a results-oriented mindset and a preference for shipping working solutions over overanalyzing problems.
• A background in Scrum-based workflows, weekly sprints, and daily standups is a plus.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and full-stack web application development is beneficial.

• We will have you read, test, and debug PHP and React code, including AI-generated output, while owning the quality of each release.
• We expect you to design and run test cases for new functionality before it reaches production.
• You will record bugs, capture your findings, and communicate progress clearly throughout each sprint.
• We will rely on you to resolve issues at the root cause rather than applying temporary fixes.
• You will work in Git every day, including branching, merging, and managing pull requests with discipline.
• We expect you to participate in sprint planning and help refine the backlog.
• You will collaborate closely with our lead developer to keep work moving and identify gaps before they become larger problems.
• You will contribute to the ongoing rebuild of our internal software supporting estimating, sales, onboarding, and field operations.
• You will help maintain momentum in a structured Scrum process with weekly sprints and daily standups.

We are Revival Windows, one of the fastest-growing home improvement companies in the country, and we are rebuilding the internal software that powers our business from the ground up. This is a full-time, mid-level, onsite role based in Orem, Utah, with a salary range of $68,000 to $75,000 per year and paid time off. You will work as the second developer on a small two-person team, directly alongside our lead developer, in a fast-moving but structured Scrum environment.
