Customer Success Associate

K2 Renew is a leading utility-scale energy infrastructure site origination and early-stage land development company operating across all major U.S. power markets where generation and load growth are driving demand for new energy infrastructure. With 12,000+ MW signed with development partners and 90,000+ acres under lease, we sit at the origination bottleneck of the energy transition - securing and de-risking land assets that power the next generation of solar, BESS, gas, and data center infrastructure. The Role K2 Renew is adding a Client Success Associate to support and maintain partner relationships that our CEO originates. The CEO will continue to lead new business outreach personally - this role exists to make sure nothing falls through the cracks once a relationship is underway: staying on top of communications, tracking follow-ups, and keeping every account moving. This is a support and execution role, not a hunting role. What matters most is drive, organization, and follow-through - not years of experience or an existing industry network. What You'll Do Monitor and manage day-to-day communications with an assigned set of partner accounts handed off by the CEO Track outreach, follow-ups, and account status in K2's CRM (TerraVault) so nothing goes stale Prepare summaries and status updates for the CEO ahead of check-ins Coordinate scheduling and logistics for partner calls and meetings Flag accounts that need attention, escalation, or a warmer touch from the CEO Support internal reporting and campaign tracking as needed Who You Are Highly organized with strong follow-through - you don't let things slip A clear, professional communicator, written and verbal Comfortable working in a CRM and keeping detailed, accurate records Driven and coachable - you want to build a career in business development and are ready to learn the industry No specific energy infrastructure background required; we'll train the industry knowledge Thrives with structure and clear priorities in a lean, fast-moving team Why K2 Ground-floor opportunity at a company with significant market position and an expanding energy infrastructure strategy Direct line to the CEO and real visibility into how partner relationships are built and grown Work at the intersection of land, power, gas, and data center infrastructure - one of the most active deal-making environments in the market right now Room to grow into larger account or team responsibility as you prove out the role #J-18808-Ljbffr K2 Renew
