Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited by the appropriate authorities.

Certifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for, or in possession of, an active Florida medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are considered advantageous.
