POSITION SUMMARY: Corporate Technologies is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our customers' servers, computers, networks & infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting network issues, implementing security measures and ensuring optimal network performance. The Field Service Technician will also be responsible for assisting our customers with their day-to-day computer and networking needs. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. This position reports to the Field Service Supervisor ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- MAY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Provide on-site technical support to contract clients. Respond to escalated technical issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and provide solutions to clients. Provide high-quality customer service to clients and maintain a positive relationship with them. Document all issues, resolutions, and client interactions in the ticketing system. Communicate effectively with the team to ensure the client's needs are met. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop and laptop PCs and peripherals such as printers Participate in on‑call rotation after‑hours or critical support events. Installing and configuring application and operating system software and upgrades Removing old equipment and performing data migration to new machines All teammates are expected to demonstrate job flexibility and perform other duties as assigned to deliver on our promise to keep the client's needs our priority.
