We are seeking an experienced Area Supervisor / Multi-Unit Manager to oversee multiple Quick Service Restaurant locations throughout the Philadelphia and Camden markets.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Unit Operations

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for 3–4 restaurant locations.
• Ensure each restaurant consistently delivers outstanding guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to evaluate food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and brand execution.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement action plans to achieve performance goals.

Leadership & Team Development

• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop Restaurant General Managers and leadership teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and support.
• Develop succession plans and prepare future restaurant leaders for advancement.

Financial Performance

• Monitor sales, labor, food cost, profitability, and key operational metrics.
• Analyze restaurant performance and implement strategies to improve financial results.
• Ensure restaurants meet or exceed budget and performance expectations.
• Partner with restaurant leadership to drive sustainable business growth.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure compliance with company operating standards, food safety regulations, and health department requirements.
• Support new initiatives, operational programs, and company objectives.
• Maintain consistent execution across all assigned restaurants.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of General Manager experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Fast Casual environment.
• Previous multi-unit management experience preferred; strong General Managers with demonstrated leadership success are encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience managing restaurant operations, labor, food cost, and profitability.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel regularly between restaurant locations.
• Must reside within approximately one hour of the Philadelphia/Camden market.
