Warehouse Specialist

Job Description Luxor Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Warehouse Lead paying $17 per hour. Weekly pay, possible overtime, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more! Duties Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory control. Support and guide warehouse associates, forklift operators, and material handlers. Assign and help coordinate daily work tasks and monitor basic productivity. Assist in training and onboarding new team members. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards. Help maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle counts. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment. Report and help resolve inventory discrepancies. Track basic performance metrics such as productivity and attendance. Communicate with production, transportation, and management teams. Use warehouse systems (WMS/ERP) for data entry and reporting support. Experience Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Previous warehouse experience required; leadership experience preferred but not required. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Willingness to learn supervisory and team leadership responsibilities. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
