Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and understanding their formalwear needs.
• Assist customers with product demos, fittings, and styling advice to ensure perfect tuxedo selections.
• Conduct upselling of accessories such as ties, pocket squares, cufflinks, and shoes to enhance customer outfits.
• Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and cash register operations.
• Stock shelves and display cases with current inventory; ensure merchandise is well-organized and visually appealing.
• Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends, store product offerings, and merchandising standards to inform customers effectively.
• Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products and services while maintaining excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in formalwear, clothing boutiques, or grocery store environments.
• Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills in a retail setting is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct product demos confidently and clearly.
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, retail math, and cash drawer handling.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for transactions and inventory management.
• Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and upselling strategies.
