Payroll Specialist

Are you an experienced payroll professional who enjoys helping businesses stay organized, compliant, and running smoothly? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage payroll and bookkeeping for multiple clients while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every payroll is processed accurately and on time. Job Duties Process payroll for multiple clients (50+ clients) Manage payroll onboarding for new clients and employees Set up and maintain direct deposit information Maintain accurate employee payroll records and data Perform bookkeeping functions, including account reconciliation and financial record maintenance Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations Research and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly and professionally Collaborate with team members to deliver accurate, timely payroll and bookkeeping services Qualifications 5+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably managing payroll for multiple clients Proficiency with QuickBooks and Gusto Thorough understanding of payroll tax regulations, compliance requirements, and payroll best practices Experience working in an accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or CPA firm #J-18808-Ljbffr Staffers Inc.
