We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for day shifts (3x12s) on our 20-bed critical care unit. If you excel in high-acuity environments managing ventilators and hemodynamic monitoring, apply today! Contract Details: Target Start Date: 08/17/2026 Shift: 3x12-hour Days. Commitment: Holiday rotation required. Note: Block scheduling is not available for this role. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of current critical care experience. Expertise in vents, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamics required. Floating & Transport: Mandatory willingness to float to PCU as needed. Candidates must have their own reliable vehicle. Certifications: Active AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required at submittal. Licensure: Active Massachusetts RN license in hand. Travel Eligibility: Must reside strictly outside a 50-mile radius from the facility (permanent address required at submittal). RTO Policy: All time-off requests must be submitted upfront (maximum 5 days allowed; no post-submission RTO).
