Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Holds or eligible for SLP license in Texas
• ASHA CCCs preferred; New graduates completing CFY also considered
• Pediatrics and school-based experience highly valued
• Minimum of two years previous experience is preferred
• Comfortable working with a K-12 caseload, predominantly with younger students
• Strong communication and team-building skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
• Manage a diverse caseload efficiently and professionally
• Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and parents
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered decision-making
• Maintain accurate records and data collection for student progress
