Civil Engineer
Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
We are seeking a Civil Engineer to support the design and development of residential, commercial, and municipal site projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with site layout, grading, utilities, stormwater management, roadway design, and permitting. Responsibilities: Prepare civil engineering plans, calculations, reports, and permit applications. Design and review site plans, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway improvements. Assist with residential subdivisions and commercial development projects. Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, municipalities, and project managers. Perform site visits and construction inspections as needed. Prepare plan sets and submissions for local and state agencies. Utilize AutoCAD/Civil 3D and related civil engineering software. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. EIT certification preferred. 2+ years of civil/site development experience preferred. Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
