About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be responsible for leading all financial functions, including accounting, finance, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. This role requires the CFO to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and developing financial strategies that align with the company's growth and profitability objectives. The successful candidate will also be tasked with building and leading high-performing finance teams, driving process improvements, and maintaining strong internal controls and risk management practices. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA and/or MBA being preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive finance and accounting leadership experience is required, with a background in the insurance industry. The ideal CFO will have a proven track record in strategic planning, financial leadership, and organizational growth initiatives, as well as the ability to influence and partner across all levels of the organization. Responsibilities also include leading relationships with external stakeholders and evaluating strategic opportunities such as acquisitions and business expansion. The role is suited for a finance executive with a blend of strategic vision and hands-on leadership, who can effectively support the company's operational and financial goals.
