Global Account Manager

We’re looking for a Global Account Manager to join our Healthcare Account Management Team and serve as the face of the company to some of our most strategic clients. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving profitable growth across multiple regions, and building strong, long-term relationships with decisionmakers across our customer base and around the world. Job Role and Function Act as the “Voice of the Customer”, ensuring needs are understood, communicated, and met across our global operations. Lead the development and execution of our global account growth strategy. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, plant-level managers, and technical teams across client organizations. Oversee client visits, presentations, and business reviews to ensure professional, consistent, and result-driven interactions. Drive continued business development within each client, from identifying opportunities to leading negotiations and securing new program awards. Collaborate across the organization with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, quality, quoting, tooling, and automation) to deliver world-class solutions. Monitor and help manage financial performance, margins, forecasts and budgets to ensure long-term account health and profitability. Serve as the primary escalation point for conflict resolution, aligning internal and external stakeholders to find solutions. Desired Experience Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred). Strong sales, negotiation, and business development experience with proven success in driving growth. Strong background in manufacturing (plastics, packaging, medical devices, or related industries strongly preferred). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills — comfortable being the “face of the company” to global clients. Proven ability to manage complex accounts with multiple programs, facilities, and stakeholders. High level of professionalism, accountability, and continuous personal development. Willingness to travel regularly to customers and corporate sites domestically and worldwide. Please note that while this role is a hybrid/remote role we are ideally looking for applicants within 60-90 minutes of the Greensboro/Winston-Salem, NC area so that they will be available for onsite meetings with clients and the rest of the team when needed.
