Copywriter
Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 3 years Pay Range: $48- $50/hr on W2
Strong preference for on-site in Dallas, TX 5 days/week. Will consider remote from anywhere in U.S. if a strong candidate. Hours are 8a-4p or 9a-5p CST
Top Skills Required:
- Draft customer-facing communications across Telecommunication Business and FirstNet – ensuring messaging is consistent, customer-centric, and aligned with Brand voice.
- Develop best-in-class, industry-leading service communications including but not limited to product launches, pricing changes, onboarding, and CPNI incidents.
- Exemplify passion and expertise for putting customer at the center of every communication.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather inputs, ask the right questions, and turn intake requests into polished communication drafts.
- Leverage Copilot AI Agents and other AI tools to continuously optimize copy based on performance insights and stakeholder feedback.
