- Space : 3,400 sq ft · room for 5 treatment chairs + 1 exam room
- Patient Pipeline : Guarantee of 20-30 new patients per month from established pediatric office next door
- Financing Support : Property owner can assist with financing, or put you in contact with a bank
- Supplies: Henry Schein vendor relationship established
- Timeline: Early Summer 2027
What We're Looking For
- Business owner mentality - you must want to own and operate your own practice, and have complete self-sufficiency
- Excellent bedside manner and patient communication skills
- Competent, driven orthodontist committed to building a successful practice from neighboring pediatrics office
