What You'll Earn Highly competitive pay based on your experience Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 15 Paid Vacation Days 9 Paid Holidays 401(k) with company match Tool Account with 0% interest (we help you build your toolkit) Access to 24/7 chaplain support Company uniform and all necessary equipment provided Schedule Monday - Friday, full-time (Some flexibility and occasional overtime based on project needs) What You'll Do Perform residential retrofit electrical work (the majority of your time) Install air conditioner and heat pump disconnects Run new circuits for gas furnaces and air handlers Complete panel replacements and generator installations Handle miscellaneous electrical projects for residential and some light commercial customers Deliver high-quality work with a strong focus on customer satisfaction What You Need Active North Carolina Electrical License Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Ability to physically perform all job functions Strong attention to detail and safety focus Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with customers and teammates Nice-to-Haves 3-5 years of experience in the electrical field Generator and electrical panel upgrade experience Professional, energetic, and well-organized If you're a skilled, dependable licensed electrician who wants competitive pay, great benefits, year-round work, and a company that treats you like family while giving you the respect and support you deserve, Gentry Service Group is the place for you.
