General Manager – Heavy-Duty Diesel Service Operations Location: Greensboro, NC This Isn't a Shop Manager Role. It's a Leadership Role.

The Mission

As General Manager, you're responsible for the overall success of our Greensboro heavy-duty diesel service shop operations. Your leadership drives the performance of your team, the experience of our customers, and the profitability of the business.

What You'll Own

• Lead all day-to-day shop operations.

• Build a culture of accountability, urgency, and teamwork.

• Coach and develop Service Advisors, Technicians, and future leaders.

• Drive productivity, Gross Profit, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor KPIs and use data to improve operational performance.

• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent.

• Ensure a safe, organized, and high-performing operation.

• Partner with executive leadership to continue scaling the business.

Five or more years of leadership experience in heavy-duty diesel, fleet maintenance, trucking, automotive service, or a related operations environment is strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $95,000-$125,000, based on experience
