About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing general contractor headquartered in Coral Gables, Florida. Founded in 2019, the company specializes in ground-up construction projects and offers employees the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

Job Description

Assist the Project Manager with the day-to-day management of multifamily construction projects
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Support project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking efforts
Participate in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings
Help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget

The Successful Applicant

2+ years of construction experience in a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager capacity
Multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial construction experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications
