- # Description**Client Support Specialist — Remote (Structured Schedule)**We’re looking for a **high-energy, organized, type-A go-getter** to own a full client caseload in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. If you thrive under pressure, love administrative work, and crush deadlines, this role is for you.**You will:**• Manage 30–45 active cases from intake to completion• Coordinate evaluations, treatment, follow-ups, and documentation• Communicate with clients, SAPs, and employers• Keep every case on track through proactive problem-solving• Maintain exceptionally accurate notes and records**You are:**• Fast, focused, and detail-driven• Someone who hits metrics and loves structure• A multitasker who can talk, type, and think ahead• Driven, professional, organized, and hungry to deliverRemote role with a **set schedule** — must have a distraction-free home office. Listens and takes notes where appropriate; and accurately delivers information.* Thinks several steps ahead in deciding on best course of action, anticipating likely outcomes.* Seeks clear understanding of client needs and outcomes.* Seeks to understand issues from the employee and client’s perspective.* Superior problem solving and analytical skills, plus demonstrated skills to manage a variety of assignments simultaneously.* Business-oriented, customer focused individual who can thrive in a fast paced, rapidly evolving work environment.* Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills.* Ability to work well with others, accept feedback positively, and works under pressure.* Strong typing skills preferred.
