Billing & Client Success Specialist
Hibu
Hibu is seeking a Client Services Representative to research and resolve client and Sales issues across all Hibu products. You will provide accurate product information, collaborate with clients and Sales to resolve claims, and retain clients by reselling value when appropriate. You will also handle billing calls, process payments, and ensure records are accurate. The role requires 2+ years in billing or client-facing work, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced #J-18808-Ljbffr Hibu
