We offer health, dental, vision, PTO, Holiday and 401K benefits.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Harness/Box Build AssemblerPerform cable cutting, as requiredAbility to use crimping and wire striping toolsPerform wire jacket stripping and inner jacket stripping of wire harnessesComplete complex cable and harness systems per work instructions and drawingsUtilizing a wire layout board route wire and components to create a harness assemblyWrap and tie wires at designated points to form harnessAssemble electrical components, systems and/or subsystemsAbility to use semi-automatic machines and hand toolsPerform visual and dimensional inspections of first article, in-process assemblies and finished products using measuring tools (tape measure / micrometer / pull test machine)Solder parts or connections between partsPerform other tasks as assigned by ManagerJob RequirementsHigh School diploma or GED.Must be able to accurately use measuring tools and do basic mathMust be able to effectively use all tools required for wire harness assemblyMust be able to lift up to 35 pounds
