- Bring Spacesaver products to life by assembling mechanical and electrical components using hand tools, pneumatic equipment, and advanced production technologies.
- Load and unload painted components while helping maintain a smooth and efficient production flow.
- Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to build high-quality products that meet customer specifications.
- Perform quality inspections and maintain accurate production records to ensure every product meets our standards.
- Use Spacesaver's ERP system to manage shop orders, report production activity, and track progress.
- Package finished products with care, ensuring they are protected and ready for shipment to customers.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and teamwork.
- Contribute to a safe, high-performing work environment by following established procedures, ergonomic practices, and safety standards while supporting other teams as needed.
What You'll Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to pass basic math and measuring assessments.
- Familiarity with PC navigation, scanning, and data entry.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions in English (translation assistance available upon request).
- Skilled in reading tape measures.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to multitask.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
