AssemblerQPS Employment Group is hiring an Assembler for a company in Jefferson, WI. This is a potential to hire opportunity on 1st shift.Assembler Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assemble products according to work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and specificationsBuild and assemble power washers, portable generators, lawn equipment, and other manufactured productsVerify materials and components prior to assembly to ensure accuracy and qualityOperate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectivelyPerform quality inspections throughout the assembly process and on completed productsEnsure products meet company specifications, tolerances, and quality standardsMeet daily production goals and maintain productivity requirementsTroubleshoot minor assembly issues and escalate concerns when necessaryParticipate in continuous improvement efforts and team meetingsCross-train in multiple assembly areas and assist other departments as business needs requireMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company policies, work instructions, safety procedures, and PPE requirementsAssist with training new employees on standard work procedures as neededAssembler Requirements:- Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience preferred- Ability to read and follow written work instructions, diagrams, and assembly drawings- Experience using hand tools and power tools- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as neededIND103 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
