Potential Income $75k-$150K Responsibilities Engage with customers to assess their needs and preferences for used vehicles. Present and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits. Guide customers through the entire sales process from inquiry to financing and final purchase. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and financing options. Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to car sales. Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in used car sales. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications are a plus. Benefits Competitive annual compensation ranging from $75,000.00 to $150,000.00, paid semi-monthly.
