Job Summary The Entry Level Sales/Administrator is responsible to assistwith the day-to-day operations of the sales department. This position will be responsible for assisting the Sales Manager in the following areas: O rder processi ng in a timely manner Perform other duties as assigned by management Great Way to gain practical experience . High potential to develop into an Account Manager Essential Job Functions Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customer needs are met Ensure orders are processed in a timely manner Broker Bid response and processing Inside and outside sales support Perform other duties as assigned by management Help process Sales related administrative work as well as sales related field work Required Skills and Knowledge V erbal and written communication skills. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with others . Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) being the primary tool used. Ability to learn new software programs as needed . Will train on platforms like Salesforce and Trux Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to handle confidential information. Must have good organizational skills. Drivers License and clean MVR required Growth opportunity This position has great potential to develop into an account manager opportunity or an advanced administrative roll.
