Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing prompt and professional service Review and analyze clients' insurance needs and provide suitable coverage recommendations Negotiate with carriers for competitive pricing and coverage options Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and other policy changes accurately and efficiently Keep clients informed about industry trends, coverage enhancements, and regulatory changes Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and account rounding opportunities Assist with claims advocacy and resolution when necessary Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and underwriting guidelines Qualifications / Requirements 3+ years of experience in personal lines insurance Proven track record of account management and client retention Knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverage options, and underwriting principles Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license Disclaimer: Please note that this job description may not cover all duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the role, and it is subject to modification at the employer's discretion. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Jonus Group
