Role Overview As a Regional Retail Manager, you will oversee multiple stores, ensuring they consistently meet performance standards. You will develop and guide the leadership team, drive sales and financial results, and identify growth opportunities while addressing challenges effectively. Main Responsibilities People Management: Attract and nurture high-performing leadership talent. Develop a succession pipeline for leadership roles within the district. Support performance management, engagement, and culture initiatives. Facilitate hiring and development strategies. Provide ongoing feedback and conduct performance reviews. Operational Excellence: Establish district priorities and oversee consistent execution of standard operating procedures. Conduct audits and store visits to validate operational excellence. Ensure compliance with safety, inventory, and company policies. Identify and address operational gaps proactively. Serve as the expert and escalation point for operational matters. Merchandising Standards: Ensure visual merchandising standards are applied consistently. Guide store leadership on product placement and local market adaptations. Evaluate merchandising execution during store visits and provide actionable feedback. Collaborate with various teams to enhance product presentation and sell-through. Prioritize cleanliness and organization consistently across the district. Customer Service: Promote the Party service model in all stores. Help evaluate customer service and identify areas for improvement. Implement solutions to close service gaps across the district. Ensure service standards are maintained regardless of store conditions. Partner with Training and Ops to elevate service capabilities. Results-Oriented: Own district sales, payroll, and profit performance metrics. Analyze trends to uncover opportunities and anticipate risks. Lead initiatives for market launches and district-wide events. Allocate resources effectively to maximize performance, especially during peak periods. Hold teams accountable for achieving set goals and results. Desired Skills and Knowledge Proven leadership and coaching abilities for high-performing teams. Proficient in analyzing performance metrics and driving improvement initiatives. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong passion for sports and retail. In-depth knowledge of multi-store operations. Qualifications 3-5 years of Store Management experience required. 1-2 years of multi-store management experience preferred. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred. Availability to work 40 hours per week, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and local sports events. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, reach, and climb ladders. Travel Requirements Must be willing to travel for up to 2 weeks at a time during events. Compensation The pay range for this role is $80,000.00 - $140,000.00. #J-18808-Ljbffr Broughton Group
